Polar Plunge for Special Olympics
The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is a fundraising effort that benefits Special Olympics athletes by providing year round sports training and opportunities to compete. When you contribute or get involved, you help athletes achieve their goals, live healthier lives, and have a sense of inclusion in the community.
Did you know that more than 60,000 unified partners and athletes with intellectual disabilities receive health exams and compete in year-round sports competitions at no cost to them or their families? By raising funds, even more athletes will get to experience the joy of sports through the programs of Special Olympics Florida.
We are blessed and excited to announce that Father John Bosco and Father John Triolo will be joining the 2026 Polar Plungers! They accepted to participate in our annual polar plunge on Thursday Feb 12th at the beach north of Patrick Space Force’s The Tides at 11 AM.
Our goal this year is $3000!
